Founded in 2002, Shanghai Shengnong Pesticide Co.,Ltd. is a private-owned stock corporation comprised of technology, industry & talents, and we are appointed to produce pesticides by the central government. At present, Shanghai Shengnong Pesticide Co., Ltd. is specialized in development, production & trade of bio-pesticides, chemical pesticides, public-health insecticides & fine chemicals.
Now, we are the executive director unit China Pesticide Industry Association and the vice chairman unit of Shanghai Fertilizers and Pesticide Association. In 2006 and 2008, Shengnong was identified as high-technology enterprise of Shanghai city. From 2006 to 2008, Shengnong was honored as the Technology Little Giant (cultivating) Enterprise of Shanghai city. We were listed as the Shanghai Science and Technology Little Giant Enterprise in 2010. In September 2008, we got the certification of ISO9001: 2000 standard - Quality Management System successfully. In December 2009, we successfully obtained the three certificates of ISO14001: 2004 standard - Environmental Management System, GB/T28001-2001 standard - occupational health and safety management system and ISO9001: 2008 quality management system. In 2009, Shengnong became one of top-ten enterprises in Shanghai city for technological innovation, and the famous branded enterprise of Shanghai city. Since our foundation, we have undertaken 4 scientific and technological projects of "China-Tenth-Five-year-program" and “China- Eleventh -Five-year-program", 18 science and technology research projects from City and District governments; up to now, Shengnong has owned 2 authorized invention patents, 28 applications for invention patents and 29 registered trademarks. In 2011, Shengnong was approved as one of Top 100 pesticide Enterprises of China and one of top-50 pesticide Enterprises of China for bactericide.
